Every time that I have gone in since summer I have heard someone come up and complain that they have received their meal with something they asked to be left off. They do not care at all about the customers and while we are waiting for them to make the food they are sitting there just talking about the issues and not helping the customers. The homemade drinks that are here use to be really good, but now the lemonade and the orange drink are both just water downed. Today when I went in I ordered a combo (salad and sandwich) and they didn't even give me the sandwich and packed everything up to go. When Washed and Waiting was first published in 2010, it gained a great deal of notice for its honest and painful narrative of Hill’s growing awareness that there was something different about him, even as he also became aware of God’s call to ministry. The last few times I have been in they have forgotten parts of my meal. I will be the second person in line and it will take almost 20 minutes to just make a salad. When Zupas first open the staff was very well put together, but within this year it has been going downhill.
